TMS Consulting undertakes supervision and management construction works, checking contractor’s work, preparation of project progress reports, expenditure, testing, commissioning of installations and equipments, preparation of as-built drawings, operating instructions and carries out routine inspections of the sites.  We also take into consideration infrastructure planning encompassing planning support, urban regeneration, drainage and hydrology, traffic access, parking, servicing and circulation to ensure ease of access.
