TMS Consulting group undertakes each individual project while taking into consideration the surroundings of the project as well as sustainable development in all that it does. We strive to develop the land while preserving nature. We do this first by thinking ahead of how our work will affect the environment, secondly by being cautious in our construction and avoiding materials and methods whose environmental risk cannot be assessed. Thirdly, we choose/propose environmentally better alternatives when they make sense and finally by conserving our natural resources.
At TMS Consulting, we are well aware of how enormous our role is in promoting sustainable development. Consequently, over time and guided by our policy of continuous improvement of how we deliver services to our clients, we have managed to inculcate values and ethics in our processes which help us when handling projects of any nature.

Due to our experience, we have acquired technical expertise, deep commercial awareness and project management capability.
Resources TMS Consulting Group is fully computerized and has invested in high end computer hardware and software. Since our inception, we have been working with various software systems which are upgraded as soon as newer versions are made. As such, we have the most current versions of ArchiCad, Auto Cad, MS Project, Artlantis, WinQS, MasterSeries and Prokon which provide us with the opportunity to develop designs quickly, make variations for discussion with the client, make changes to complex layouts, produce plan drawings, perspectives of structures and assist in all other aspects of the building development from the various departments in the consortium.
We consider our software as part of our resources. Additionally, we have desktop computers for all members of staff together with laptops for site usage. We also have small scale printers and large format plotters for drawings output. Digital cameras have proved invaluable for photographic capture of sites and documentation and third party drawings input.
