Bills Partnership was established in 1992 and is registered with the Board of Registration of Architects & Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS) in Kenya. The firm became a Limited Company in 2003.
 
Bills Partnership is also registered with the Ministry of Roads and Public Works of Kenya and the National Tender Board of Rwanda.
 
The firm is fully computerized with current software (Win Qs, Primavera Project Planner and Microsoft Office Project Planner) that enables it to deliver professional services efficiently and effectively. The firm has also kept abreast with the technological and social economic developments in the construction industry both locally and overseas.
